A few details to notice when you get to know a formula.
A product name is only the beginning of the story. The label is where the specific details belong: ingredients, amounts, serving size, and directions.
Take a moment to read those pieces together. A capsule count tells you what is in the bottle. The serving size tells you how the amounts on the label are presented. They describe different things.
Look beyond the front of the bottle. Read the ingredient list, directions, storage instructions, and warnings for the individual formula. Keep the packaging somewhere you can refer to it again.
If something is unclear, write it down. Ask for the information that helps you understand the product, and keep the answer with the details you are comparing. There is no need to rush through the small print.
